My husband found me another cool blog on calories. The thing that stuck out to me the most is how many more calories we eat now compared with just 30 years ago! I can read enough of the chart to start to gag, but the stats look like they would be helpful, and even encouraging: like decreasing caloric intake by 100 calories a day will decrease your chances of developing type 2 diabetes by half? Something everyone should know! Thanks for posting!
